During the week of March 27, 2023 the city of Miami started the long awaited Maurice Gibb Memorial Park reconstruction project. The groundbreaking ceremony took place April 4, 2023, however the plans are already from before the Covid period.

Adam Gibb ( son of Maurice and Yvonne Gibb) recently mentioned to GSI: “my dad’s park will not be completed for 2 years from what the city told me.”
So we still have to wait a while but I am sure it will become beautiful and a very special place.
