Bee Gees museum, Stretford

Dear all,  hopefully in the next few months Hazel and  Justine Gibb  ( yes, family of the brothers)  will be hosting a small pop up Bee Gee museum in the unofficial Stretford museum ( Manchester, UK),  for a couple of days. There will be lots of nice stuff. We hope to be able to give you more details soon and  we will keep you posted.

Blue Weaver

During recent talks with Blue he also mentioned again to me his plans to release a book about his life as a musician. It will of course also include parts of his special years with the Brothers Gibb!! The book will be written in German and English and although Blue is trying to get it all ready still this year, we are not sure yet as he said to me it might take some more time. Of course we keep you all posted. At the moment Blue is travelling through Germany performing a.o. with Vince Melouney in the 2026 Massachusetts Tour, celebrating the Gibb music. Vince Melouney

Like mentioned, at the moment  the 2026 Massachusetts Tour is travelling through Germany and besides Blue Weaver another special guest during these concerts each year is: Vince Melouney, in the early years an original Bee Gee!!  Also with Vince I’ve had long talks recently on the tour and one of his plans for the near future is releasing an album. It will be compiled with his own favorite songs of other artists performed by Vince and will of course contain several Bee Gees compositions too!! He will continue working on it later this year.  We’ll keep you posted.

Documentary….. on the lives of Blue Weaver & Vince Melouney

A documentary on the lives of Blue Weaver and Vince Melouney is in the make by German filmmakers. This is currently being edited and will be on release soon.

Interesting how both played with the Bee Gees brothers and then again with three brothers years later… !!

I am in touch with the film maker of this project and will of course keep you posted.

Bee Gees Biopic

Like earlier mentioned because previous parties couldn’t come to an agreement it wasn’t possible to start filming in the fall of 2025. The film is still planned to be finished and it might be done now by earlier producer Graham King, since he has finished his ‘Michael’ project now, however nothing has been confirmed yet. As always I’ll keep you posted.

Fan Weekend 2026, UK.

In answer to many questions from you  recently asked in your emails, about the Fan Event 2026:

I mentioned during the latest Fan Event in 2024 that we hope for another edition in 2026.

We indeed try to plan one this year but at the moment cannot be sure, nor confirm as yet. We hope to know later in April IF and WHEN there will be a Fan Weekend this year. Details should follow then in the months afterwards. So fingers crossed and I’ll keep you posted for sure.
