Join Andrew and Grant for an intimate and entertaining conversation celebrating the remarkable story of The Bee Gees on Barry Gibb’s 80th birthday.
Guiding the discussion will be our fabulous host, Dan Box – a Bee Gees expert in his own right – who’ll be delving into the stories behind the books, the band’s incredible journey, and the fascinating discoveries uncovered during years of research.
With the event taking place in the very community where the Bee Gees’ story truly began, we’ll also be shining a special spotlight on their Manchester years – from those early days in Chorlton and the brothers’ first public performance at the nearby Gaumont Cinema, through their many returns to the city for concerts, promotional appearances and landmark occasions, including the unforgettable Variety Club Silver Heart Tribute.
There couldn’t be a more fitting venue than La Fina Coffee House, a wonderfully welcoming community space less than a mile from the former Gaumont Cinema, where Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb gave their very first public performance.
We’d love you to join us for what promises to be a warm, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable evening of conversation, stories and memories.
