Special Maurice Gibb Stamps – Isle Of Man

Commemorating a rare and significant event, the Post Office has chosen Leap Year Day, February 29, to issue a special stamp collection celebrating the life and legacy of Bee Gee Maurice Gibb. This marks only the second instance of a first day cover being issued on Leap Year Day, a tribute to the Manx musician who passed away in 2003. The stamps aim not only to honor Gibb’s contribution to music but also to support the Nordoff Robbins charity, dedicated to providing music therapy to those facing life-limiting illnesses, isolation, or disability.
